However, the home has plenty of more features that would turn anyone's head, including numerous large windows to allow the sun to creep in for natural light. This comes more than a year after Beau and his wife, Stassi Schroeder, were booted from the reality series. "I am grateful for the people in my life that continue to check me and push me to evolve into a more educated person." The star's podcast Straight Up With Stassi has since been removed from all platforms, while a number of sponsors have also dropped the influencer.

"Stassi is emotional and this has really rocked her, her whole family is upset," the source added. "She has apologized and is hoping to repair her reputation, she still has a lot of fans who support her." A source told The Sun the couple are now feeling the strain after also having to delay their October wedding in Rome due to the COVID-19 outbreak. The reality star admitted to coughing up the majority of the six-figure down payment. VANDERPUMP Rules star Stassi Schroeder is worried she could lose her new $1.7 million dream house after being fired from the show for her racially insensitive behavior, The Sun can exclusively report.
"Pups, pups, we're going to the house," Schroeder told her two dogs who were in the car with the couple. "You don't even know ... so much room to run. House time, motherf--kers. First time going to see our house as homeowners." The reality TV star later shared another clip of the dogs running around the empty house. Later, Clark, 39, prepared to open a bottle of Dom Pérignon, which was gifted to the duo by Lisa Vanderpump."First day as homeowners," Schroeder captioned the video. "Finally popping our engagement gift from Lisa Vanderpump." As for the most exciting feature in the house? "I've made it." The couple's Vanderpump Rules costars congratulated them on the exciting news via Instagram on Saturday. Us Weekly broke the news in February 2018 that the Next Level Basic author was dating Clark.

In the first picture, Stassi shared a picture of their living room. The chic decor included a new coffee table, a sectional sofa, and a Halloween skeleton hanging out in the corner. Before Stassi set her sights on their home of choice, Beau came across five different homes for them to look at as options on Zillow. However, it was the second house they went to see that Stassi fell in love with. Meanwhile, Beau was more hesitant to fall for a home that was as old as their new home is.

"It was a weird photo, so she looked very light-skinned and had these different, weird tattoos. I guess this woman was robbing people. Speaking about purchasing a house earlier this year, casting director Beau confirmed his bride-to-be would be putting up most of the money for their lavish abode, explaining he had savings but "not that much yet." The star, who picked up a rumored $25,000 an episode and also had a successful influencer career, paid $9,534 in additional taxes on the property, and splashed out thousands of dollars on renovation work. When Stassi was trying to mend fences with her Vanderpump Rules co-stars after a serious rift in the group, she got super emotional and honest.
Love her or hate her, Stassi Schroeder makes for great reality television. During her time on Vanderpump Rules, the New Orleans native captivated audiences, with her epic blowouts going down as some of the most memorable moments in Bravo history. Just a few short months later, OG star and pot-stirring mastermind Jax Taylor and his wife Brittany Cartwright also announced they wouldn’t be returning for Season 9 either. The season premiere pulled in less-than-desirable ratings, specifically amongst its key demographic age of 18-49, and an argument could be made that this is impacted by the departure of several OG Vanderpump Rules stars, including Stassi and Beau. Instead, behind the couch, between it and a window in the room, is an entire gated-off play space for Hartford. The space is full of toys, padded floor pieces, and all the baby-friendly accessories a space needs.

Her podcast Straight Up with Stassi launched in 2015 and became an immediate hit, spawning a sold-out nationwide live tour. Stassi and her husband Beau welcomed their daughter, Hartford, in January 2021, and they live in Los Angeles, where they host their popular family podcast The Good The Bad The Baby on Patreon. According to a report shared by BravoTV‘s Style & Living on February 3, the Vanderpump Rules cast member showed off her living room to her many fans and followers online. In a video shared to her Instagram stories, a number of workers were seen throughout the space as they painted walls and worked on window trim while standing on ladders. In a recent post on social media, Stassi shared snaps of her newest living room furniture, but also revealed the little secret hiding in the same space.
In addition to panoramic canyon views, the mansion also boasts floor to ceiling windows and an outdoor patio. In the photograph, Stassi and Beau appear thrilled as they posed at the door of the mansion with their two dogs. Vanderpump Rules star Stassi Schroeder has splashed out on a Hollywood Hills mansion with fiancé Beau Clark.
The humble home is quite different from the former reality stars' Hollywood Hills mansion, which they purchased for $1.7million. Stassi and Beau, who got engaged last summer, have been showing off the renovation of the property for months on social media, sharing a slew of photographs of each room. While most of her fellow cast members were careful with their cash and purchased homes in a more realistic price bracket, Stassi was adamant she was "not going to be the fourth person to buy a modern farmhouse in Valley Village." Vanderpump Rules fans know how important Stassi Schroeder's birthday is, and that's because Stassi made sure of it during her time on the show. From over-the-top celebrations to all-out birthday week celebrations, Stassi goes all out when celebrating her special day and expects everyone else to do as well.
Stassi's love for the house is so well-known, in fact, that Beau Clark considered proposing to her there. That didn't ultimately work out, but Stassi still pays visits the house from time to time. "Our front porch is like a sanctuary," Beau shared on his Instagram Stories. We can imagine that he and Stassi will enjoy lots of tranquil time on that bench, surrounded by happy, thriving plants. What a great way to start a new chapter in their lives together.
Less than a week after the Bravo star announced her engagement, she opened up about her future wedding plans on her podcast, Straight Up With Stassi. In a recent Instagram Story, Stassi showed a photo of the striking 1920s house, which is currently on the market. "Needed a pick me up so ... Los Feliz murder house," she wrote. Though Stassi might be tempted to give that realtor a call, Beau shows little interest in inhabiting the creepy house in the clip above. Plus, the couple is just settling into their gorgeous Hollywood Hills home ... Outside, Schroeder and fiancé Beau Clark can spend time on their patio with a covered space that's the ideal spot to stay tucked away together under the sunny skies.
As legend has it, the home once belonged to a doctor who bludgeoned his wife to death in their master bedroom in the 1950s. (See Stassi explain the whole terrifying tale tale in the clip above.) Now — small wonder — the castle-like manse is thought to be haunted. But for Stassi, the mansion's dark past makes it positively irresistible. Although Stassi was certainly devastated when Bravo cut ties with her, she admitted on The Tamron Hall Show last month that she no longer feels that reality television is the best space for her now that she’s pregnant. She also shared pictures of her living room and freshly painted bookshelf.

As The Inquisitr previously reported, Schroeder opened up about her wedding plans with Clark during an appearance on her co-stars’ — Lala Kent and Randall Emmett — new podcast, Give Them Lala… With Randall posted on Radio.com. At the time, Schroeder admitted that, when it comes to preparing for a filmed wedding, there are many, many challenges. Although Doute’s home is close to her co-stars’ new pads, she bought a cute bungalow, while the others purchased farmhouse-style homes. Schroeder, for her part, bought a home that is about 10 minutes away from The Valley and boasts a stunning Mediterranean theme.
